Implement the rest of the variables and fastboot commands for flashall.
For A/B related commands, slot A is always selected.

Flashing a 400Mb sparse system image takes ~10 minutes. The fastboot UDP
protocol expects a response within 1 minute, so during long flash
operations, the device must send fastboot "INFO" packets.
This patch does the following:
- Separate large writes into writes of size FASTBOOT_MAX_BLK_WRITE.
This parameter was tuned by hand to result in a ~10 second write.
- Keep a timer and send an INFO packet every 30 seconds.
- Adjust the sequence number in the header of the fastboot OKAY packet
to account for any INFO packets sent during flashing.
- Reduce busywaiting in the bcm2835 MMC driver. This change is based on
what the kernel does, and doesn't seem to corrupt the MMC. Without
this change, "flashall" takes 25 minutes.

- Compute CRC checksum over every write to verify written data
was not corrupted.

Add functions to respond to fastboot continue, reboot, and
reboot-bootloader. Continue continues the normal android boot process.
Reboot-bootloader writes a message to the start of the fastboot
buffer, to be parsed at the start of the android boot process. Boot
boots the previously downloaded image from memory.

message persists in memory.

Add function to respond to fastboot flash and erase. Flash writes the
previously downloaded image to indicated partition. Erase clears the
indicated partition. fb_flash and fb_erase are essentially wrappers
for fb_mmc_flash_write and fb_mmc_erase, which are implemented in
common/fb_mmc.c.
Added common/fb_common.c, where fastboot_okay/fail are implemented.
common/fb_mmc.c assumes fasboot_okay() and fastboot_fail() are
implemented, but they were tied to the fastboot USB implementation.
This refactor adds the response string as a parameter to
fastboot_okay/fail, instead of modifying a global.

"fastboot -s udp:$RPI_IP flash misc foo" from host
- From U-boot console, read into memory the first 4 blocks from
misc partition, observe each byte is "-".

- Start "fastboot udp" on device and run
"fastboot -s udp:$RPI_IP erase misc" from host
- From U-boot console, read into memory many blocks from misc
partition, observe each byte is 0x00
Configs that use fastboot USB implementation still build.

The Raspberry Pi does not support USB device mode, so fastboot over
USB does not work. This patch adds support for and partially
implements the device side fastboot UDP protocol as a U-boot command.
It requires an ip address set and ethernet initialized.
- Modify U-boot fastboot command to do fastboot over UDP
- Add net/fastboot.c, which implements fastboot server functions
- Handle QUERY and INIT fastboot packets
- Add CONFIG_UDP_FUNCION_FASTBOOT to enable fastboot over UDP

In the general case, CONFIG_NFS_READ_SIZE is unchanged from the default
of 1024. There are in fact no in-tree users that increase this size.
Adjust the comment to reflect what could be done in the future in
conjunction with CONFIG_IP_DEFRAG.

For strncpy() select a minimal string length of destination and source
strings, here DEFAULT_NAME_LEN is preferable to MAX_LEN.
Due to the NUL-terminated contents of default_string the change is
a noop, however it removes a compilation warning if SH2/3/4 platform
specific strncpy() function is used:

The network mask must be stored in network order when in a
'struct in_addr'.
This fix removes the "gatewayip needed but not set" message on the
console when using a link-local IP setup.

If the ethernet address environment is set with a valid
ethernet address prevent overriding it as it is most likely
set by the user and he/she doesn't want board code to
automatically override it whatsoever.

In u-boot printf has been extended with the %pM formatter to allow
printing of MAC addresses. However buffers that want to store a MAC
address cannot safely get the size. Add a define for this case so the
string of a MAC address can be reliably obtained.

Commit 674bb24982 ("net: cosmetic: Replace magic numbers in arp.c with
constants") introduced a nice define to replace the magic value 6 for
the ethernet hardware address. Replace more hardcoded instances of 6
which really reference the ARP_HLEN (iow the MAC/Hardware/Ethernet
address).

Move all of the status LED feature to drivers/led/Kconfig.
The LED status definitions were moved from the board configuration
files to the defconfig files.
TBD: Move all of the definitions in the include/status_led.h to the
relevant board's defconfig files.

mac-adress also must be written into the responsible ethernet driver.
This fixes the legacy ethernet handling.

Instead of always allocating a huge temporary buffer on the stack and
then memcpy()ing the result into the transmit buffer, simply figure out
where in the transmit buffer the bytes will belong and write them there
directly as each message is built.

The type of the buffer is uint32_t, but the parameter used to size it
is referring to bytes. Divide by the size of the array elements.
Strictly speaking, this shouldn't be needed at all... It could just be 1
just like the request.

The v3 handles can be larger than v2, but that doesn't mean we need a

This patch enables NFSv3 support.
If NFSv2 is available use it as usual.
If NFSv2 is not available, but NFSv3 is available, use NFSv3.
If NFSv2 and NFSv3 are not available, print an error message since NFSv4 is not supported.
Tested on iMX6 sabrelite with 4 Linux NFS servers:
* NFSv2 + NFSv3 + NFSv4 server: use NFSv2 protocol
* NFSv2 + NFSv3 server: use NFSv2 protocol
* NFSv3 + NFSv4 server: use NFSv3 protocol

There is no reason to store the default filename in a separate buffer
only to immediately copy it to the main name buffer. Just write it there
directly and remove the other buffer.

At least on bfin, this "specimen" is actually allocated in the BSS and
wastes lots of memory in already tight memory conditions.
Also, with the introduction of NFSv3 support, this waste got
substantially larger.
Just remove it. If a board needs a specific different defragment size,
that board can override this setting.
