Add logging to aid debugging features in these drivers. Also drop some
code in sandbox_spi_xfer() which is not used.

Now, arch/${ARCH}/include/asm/errno.h and include/linux/errno.h have
the same content. (both just wrap <asm-generic/errno.h>)
Replace all include directives for <asm/errno.h> with <linux/errno.h>.

This is common to all SPI drivers and specifies a structure used by the
uclass. It makes more sense to define it in the uclass.
