In tst_qhttpservermultithreaded replace potentially unlimited loops with QTRY_VERIFY and QTRY_VERIFY_WITH_TIMEOUT. This will prevent tests from hanging. Some of these test takes very long time, especially in CI, and these are given a particularly long timeout.
