Rami Potinkara 0a3912dcb2 Android: Enable QML debugging in non-release builds 
This patch
-enables qmltooling in non release builds
-this will allow QML debugging to start and work
-this patch will do this to following examples:
   -calqlatr, coffee machine and dice
