Paolo Angelelli 55db3890f4 Move QtQuick.Shapes implementation to qtquickshapes, privately exported 
This change moves the implementation of QtQuick.Shapes into an own
qt module, where classes are privately exported.
In this way Shapes QML types can be internally (= from other Qt
modules) instantiated also from cpp.
