Shawn Rutledge 15dfa370c4 Add ifdefs to TextDocument; clean up includes 
QMimeDatabase, HTML and Markdown parsers, and the Markdown writer are
all optional features: make it build for any combination of omitted
features.

As drive-bys, clean up and rearrange the #includes, and rename the local
fileName variable to filePath in QQuickTextDocumentPrivate::load() to be
consistent with the one in writeTo().
