Move examples around imageprovider is a QtQuick example. Models and Views examples are now split up, as one is a collection of C++ examples and the other is banded into a single QML example. examples: Remove shell example We did not document it anywhere, the code is rather dated, and if we want to promote QML as a scripting engine/an interpreter, we would need to invest quite a bit more effort into a showcase. Thus, remove the example for now.
