As foreshadowed when QDateTime adapted to route all QTimeSpec use
through QTimeZone, this commit deprecates the old API in favor of the
newly more capable QTimeZone-based API.

The QDateTime benchmark's toMSecsSinceEpoch() and
toMSecsSinceEpochTz() each iterated the 2010s and had 1950 and 2050
variants for two other decades. I want to also test some earlier
decades and do similar for create(), so combine the existing triplets
as three rows of a data-driven test for each triplet, add the new rows
and apply the same to create().
In the process, turn an enum used for qint64 constants into a set of
constexpr qint64 declarations.

Update a QDateTime benchmark to use QDate::startOfDay() when setting
up its lists of date-times in helper functions, and to use noon as the
moment in the day in a creation test. Also move creation of a QTime
outside the loop: we're testing speed of creation of QDateTime here,
not QTime (and were already using the most trivial QTime constructor).

Make file names match CMake's test names (and those follow dir-name)
and class names follow tst_ClassName pattern when testing
ClassName. Purge comments about the qmake configs the CMakeLists.txt
are generated from. Purge empty constructors and init/cleanup methods
of classes. Fix petty coding style violations.
Add qdir/tree/, qurl, qbench and qset benchmarks to their parent directories'
lists of subdirs. Fix unused return error from qurl benchmark.

This leads to "make benchmark" actually running the benchmark, which
would be nice, I think. Purged various CONFIG += release or -= debug
lines from the same configurations; those surely only configure how
the test code is compiled, which is more or less pointless; it's the
code under test whose debug/release state matters, and I don't suppose
that's affected by the build config of the test code.
In the process, reduce diversity of the ordering of lines within these
*.pro files and purge some dangling space.

Aside from the start-date and the end-date, and a variant with a
time-zone, the lists various tests were building were all built the
same way; so pack that up as a pair of functions (one without
time-zone, one with) to save duplication. Make the list in each
function const, ready for conversion of foreach loops to ranged for.
In the process, replace QList with QVector, reserve space before we
populate and use auto for the now-const list variables it's saved in.

Multiplying a Julian Day number by the number of milliseconds per day
does not get you a time since the start of 1970; it gets you a time
since the start of the Julian Day number system, which was several
millennia earlier.
