John Layt	e5734c2f08	QDateTime - Split QDateTimeParser into a separate file Not strictly needed yet, but helps to reduce the size of QDateTime and make it easier to read a major re-write. Imposes separation of parser which will be needed if we make QLocale always use the system backends, after which only QDateTimeEdit widget will need the parser and it can be moved there.
