Add Axivion analysis target for QtSafeRenderer runtime on qnx 

Add Axivion MISRA-C++ analysis target for QtSafeRenderer runtime
on qnx. The results will be posted in the qtsaferenderer-qnx target
in the Axivion dashboard.
