Lucie Gérard 0a301ca2f2 Change license for tools files
According to QUIP-18 [1], all tools files should be
LicenseRef-Qt-Commercial OR GPL-3.0-only WITH Qt-GPL-exception-1.0

Lucie Gérard 2f1bc82b35 Use SPDX license identifiers
Replace the current license disclaimer in files by
a SPDX-License-Identifier.
License files are organized under LICENSES directory.

Robert Brock bb0e4bb405 Exporters for Qt3D Blender Path and Armatures
Armature export creates a json with bone names, bone matrices and
bone parents.
Path export creates a json for the camera path. At
the moment it is only exporting the path points.
