According to QUIP-18 [1], all test files should be
LicenseRef-Qt-Commercial OR GPL-3.0-only

Lucie Gérard 2f1bc82b35 Use SPDX license identifiers 
Replace the current license disclaimer in files by
a SPDX-License-Identifier.
License files are organized under LICENSES directory.

Antti Määttä fef5803681 Add new multiplewindows-qml manual test 
Add the new test, which renders to multiple windows simultaniously. Can be
used to test that the resume/suspend of render thread works, among other
things.
