According to QUIP-18 [1], all test files should be
LicenseRef-Qt-Commercial OR GPL-3.0-only

Replace the current license disclaimer in files by
a SPDX-License-Identifier.
License files are organized under LICENSES directory.

For coherency with other function names. This kind of API change is allowed
since Qt3DWindow is in the Extras module which is still in tech preview for
