feat: VersionPipeline 反幻觉门控 + AgentScorer 评分系统 + /api/daily/scores 端点

- tests/test_version_gate.py: 3 个测试验证版本状态机(developing→testing→done)和开发
  agent 不能直接 mark_done 的门控规则
- src/nmfs_agents/tools/agent_score.py: AgentScorer 类,四维评分(完成率40%+质量30%+
  自主度20%+协作10%),支持 get_score/get_all_scores/get_mode_recommendation
- tests/test_agent_score.py: 4 个测试覆盖满分/失败/模式推荐/全量查询场景
- src/nmfs_agents/dashboard/api.py: 新增 GET /api/daily/scores 端点
