H.J. Lu e322ec3282 x86-64: Remove the unnecessary testl in strlen-avx2.S 
Since the result of testl is never used, this patch removes it.

Tested on 64-bit AVX2 machine.

	* sysdeps/x86_64/multiarch/strlen-avx2.S (STRLEN): Remove the
	unnecessary testl.
