Joseph Myers 88ff4d5561 conformtest: Disable si_value expectation for XPG42. 
This patch corrects the conform/ expectations for sys/wait.h not to
expect si_value for XPG4.2.

Tested for x86_64.

	* conform/data/sys/wait.h-data (si_value): Do not expect for
	XPG42.
