(&_dl_main_map) is used instead of (&bootstrap_map) to bootstrap static PIE. Define BOOTSTRAP_MAP with (&_dl_main_map) to avoid hardcode to (&bootstrap_map). * elf/rtld.c (BOOTSTRAP_MAP): New.
