* Rules (binaries-static, binaries-shared static pattern rules):
Depend on lib%, not just libc%, from $(link-libc{,-static}).
* sysdeps/mach/hurd/Makefile (link-libc-static): New variable; set
this here, overriding Makeconfig generic value so we link against
the RPC libs.
