	* include/ctype.h: For libc, define isdigit, isdigit_l, and
	__isdigit_l as simple comparison macros.
	* include/wctype.h: For libc, define iswdigit, iswdigit_l, and

	* wctype/wcfuncs_l.c: #undef iswdigit and __iswdigit.
