H.J. Lu	437c94e04b	Remove the clone3 symbol from libc.a [BZ #31770] ... clone3 isn't exported from glibc and is hidden in libc.so. Fix BZ #31770 by removing clone3 alias. Signed-off-by: H.J. Pavel Kozlov	3681cdb8f8	ARC: Add the clone3 wrapper ... Use the clone3 wrapper on ARC. It doesn't care about stack alignment. All callers should provide an aligned stack.
