Paul Eggert 2b778ceb40 Update copyright dates with scripts/update-copyrights 
I used these shell commands:

../glibc/scripts/update-copyrights $PWD/../gnulib/build-aux/update-copyright
(cd ../glibc && git commit -am"[this commit message]")

and then ignored the output, which consisted lines saying "FOO: warning:
copyright statement not found" for each of 6694 files FOO.
I then removed trailing white space from benchtests/bench-pthread-locks.c
and iconvdata/tst-iconv-big5-hkscs-to-2ucs4.c, to work around this
diagnostic from Savannah:
remote: *** pre-commit check failed ...
remote: *** error: lines with trailing whitespace found
remote: error: hook declined to update refs/heads/master

Florian Weimer 1daccf403b nptl: Move stack list variables into _rtld_global 
Now __thread_gscope_wait (the function behind THREAD_GSCOPE_WAIT,
formerly __wait_lookup_done) can be implemented directly in ld.so,
eliminating the unprotected GL (dl_wait_lookup_done) function
pointer.

Adhemerval Zanella bc2eb9321e linux: Remove INTERNAL_SYSCALL_DECL 
With all Linux ABIs using the expected Linux kABI to indicate
syscalls errors, the INTERNAL_SYSCALL_DECL is an empty declaration
on all ports.

This patch removes the 'err' argument on INTERNAL_SYSCALL* macro
and remove the INTERNAL_SYSCALL_DECL usage.

Checked with a build against all affected ABIs.

Florian Weimer aca1daef29 elf: Consolidate machine-agnostic DTV definitions in <dl-dtv.h> 
Identical definitions of dtv_t and TLS_DTV_UNALLOCATED were
