	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/hppa/bits/atomic.h: Check for -11
	(-EAGAIN) instead of 11. Loop again when the kernel
	returns -45 (-EDEADLOCK). Add back memory clobber.
	Do not initialize lws_ret and lws_errno.
