- Import the sendcalls tool from https://github.com/freebsd/freebsd-quarterly/blob/main/tools/sendcalls and modify it to integrate as expected in the doc tree. - Import the email template to send calls from https://github.com/freebsd/freebsd-quarterly/blob/main/tools/call.txt.template and update it with the new submission methods. - Update status/_index.adoc with the new submission methods. - Import the report sample from https://github.com/freebsd/freebsd-quarterly/blob/main/report-sample.adoc and update the corresponding link in status/_index.adoc.
