The armbian mirror's linux-6.6 tree (from gitee phytium_embedded) already
carries the const next_path fix in tools/lib/bpf/libbpf.c, so the
gcc15 libbpf patch no longer applies (there is no non-const copy left to
change). Drop it - the source tree resolves the resolute/gcc15 build on its
own.
Keep EXTRAWIFI="no": the out-of-tree wireless bundle (rtl8723cs et al.)
does not patch against this 6.6 vendor tree.
Regenerate linux-phytium-embedded-vendor.config via rewrite-kernel-config
(olddefconfig against the actual tree): drops TI AM335x / auto-selected
options that don't resolve here and pulls in F2FS.
