The idea is to make it easier to update later and enable the other wwan drivers if needed in an easier way. The other wwan drivers (Mediatek and Qualcomm) are required as well but they still have issues to solve. Tested: ThinkPad T14s Gen 3 + Intel XMM7560 LTE Advanced Pro Modem Basic testing checking mmcli, connnection, disconnection, bearer configuration and traffic. Provisional FCC unlocking tool (only for testing purposes) provided by Lenovo.
