Sara Sharon 45c458b4c0 iwlwifi: mvm: support new ADD_MODIFY_STA_KEY command
The command was changed to support PN offload and TKIP offload.
The FW will do TKIP calculations in D0 only for a000 devices,
but API is aligned anyway.
However, for all devices we can stop sending the wowlan tkip
command.
Firmware will fetch the keys from the station key command.

Johannes Berg 65e254821c iwlwifi: mvm: use firmware station PM notification for AP_LINK_PS
When using RSS on 9000 series devices, we can't rely on processing the
received frames for station powersave handling, since they could be
processed on different CPUs and out of order.

In order to still manage the powersave of stations, the firmware sends
a notification on sleep->wake, wake->sleep and - for U-APSD - frames
received with PM while already sleeping (with the TID.)

With this, the driver can set AP_LINK_PS, which is required for real
parallel RX. In addition, this requires checking for PS-Poll frames
and calling ieee80211_sta_pspoll() appropriately.

Ayala Beker 8e160ab83a iwlwifi: mvm: support GMAC protocol
Add support for installing and removing GMAC key
for newer FW versions that support GCM and MFP.
GMAC provides authentication and integrity for multicast management
frames.

Firmware API was changed, update the driver accordingly.

Ayala Beker 2a53d166c4 iwlwifi: mvm: add support for GCMP encryption
Newer hardware supports GCMP and GCMP 256-bit ciphers.
Add support for adding/setting GCMP key for TX mode.

In the TX command handling GCMP-256 is handled in a different
way as the key size should be up to 128-bits:
Set the key value to the key index in the key table,
and specify that this key should be taken form the key table
instead of from the TX command.

While at it - convert security control flags to an enum.

Liad Kaufman 2b1ba3ef92 iwlwifi: mvm: support queue removal in ADD_STA hcmd
To indicate to the FW that a queue has been removed, an
existing flag in the ADD_STA HCMD (that hasn't been in use)
has been changed to indicate that a queue is being removed
from a STA.

Update this in the driver code.

Sara Sharon 10b2b2019d iwlwifi: mvm: add infrastructure for tracking BA session in driver
According to the spec when a BA session is started there
is a timeout set for the session in the ADDBA request.
If there is not activity on the TA/TID then the session
expires and a DELBA is sent.
In order to check for the timeout, data must be shared
among the rx queues.
Add a timer that runs as long as BA session is active
for the station and stops aggregation session if needed.
This patch also lays the infrastructure for the reordering
buffer which will be enabled in the next patches.

Sara Sharon 854c570573 iwlwifi: mvm: add new ADD_STA command version
The 9000 hardware introduces the frame releaser, which
keeps track of the aggregation window and notifies host
of the window status. This requires in turn updating
the hardware with the RX BA session window size.
Firmware API was changed to enable that, update the driver
accordingly.

Sara Sharon 837c4da984 iwlwifi: mvm: change the check for ADD_STA status
The firmware will return the baid for BA session in the
ADD_STA command response.
This requires masking the check of the status, which is
actually only 8 bits, and not the whole 32 bits.
