    wifi: lib80211: Constify struct lib80211_crypto_ops

Now that functions in lib80211 handle "const struct lib80211_crypto_ops",
some structure can be constified as well.

Constifying these structures moves some data to a read-only section, so
    increase overall security.

    Before:
text data bss dec hex filename

    After:
text data bss dec hex filename

wifi: use struct_group to copy addresses

We sometimes copy all the addresses from the 802.11 header
for the AAD, which may cause complaints from fortify checks.
Use struct_group() to avoid the compiler warnings/errors.

Ard Biesheuvel a11e2f8548 lib80211: use crypto API ccm(aes) transform for CCMP processing
Instead of open coding the CCM aead mode in the driver, and invoking
the AES block cipher block by block, use a ccm(aes) aead transform
which already encapsulates this functionality. This is a cleaner use
of the crypto API, and permits optimized implementations to be used,
which are typically much faster and deal more efficiently with the
SIMD register file, which usually needs to be preserved/restored in
order to use special AES instructions.

Eric Biggers 1ad0f1603a crypto: drop mask=CRYPTO_ALG_ASYNC from 'cipher' tfm allocations
'cipher' algorithms (single block ciphers) are always synchronous, so
passing CRYPTO_ALG_ASYNC in the mask to crypto_alloc_cipher() has no
effect. Many users therefore already don't pass it, but some still do.
This inconsistency can cause confusion, especially since the way the
'mask' argument works is somewhat counterintuitive.

Thus, just remove the unneeded CRYPTO_ALG_ASYNC flags.

This patch shouldn't change any actual behavior.

Johannes Berg 996bf99c71 lib80211: ratelimit key index mismatch
This indicates a driver key selection issue, but even then there's
no point in printing it all the time, so ratelimit it. Also remove
the priv pointer from it -- people debugging will only have a single
device anyway and it's useless as anything but a cookie.

John W. Linville 6f16bf3bdb lib80211: silence excessive crypto debugging messages
When they were part of the now defunct ieee80211 component, these
messages were only visible when special debugging settings were enabled.
Let's mirror that with a new lib80211 debugging Kconfig option.

John W. Linville 274bfb8dc5 lib80211: absorb crypto bits from net/ieee80211
These bits are shared already between ipw2x00 and hostap, and could
probably be shared both more cleanly and with other drivers. This
commit simply relocates the code to lib80211 and adjusts the drivers
appropriately.
