can: c_can: use devm_platform_get_and_ioremap_resource()

Tested: Kernel booted on NXP-IMX8mquad and passed sanity tests on virtual CAN interface.
 Packets were sent while the can-utils package was used to listen
 on the vcan interface.

    can: c_can: use devm_platform_get_and_ioremap_resource()

    Convert platform_get_resource(), devm_ioremap_resource() to a single
    call to devm_platform_get_and_ioremap_resource(), as this is exactly
    what this function does.
